2. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all appointments, treatments, workshops, requests, reservations, and other services offered or booked through DyeWithAttitude.com, Attitude Hair Dye, or Attitude Holland.
3. Services
Through this website, we offer services such as:
- hair colouring
- hair sparkles
- tooth gems
- nails
- workshops
Our service offering may be changed at any time.
4. Bookings and formation of the agreement
An agreement is formed once an appointment, treatment, or workshop has been booked by the customer and confirmed by us, or once the customer makes use of the booked service.
5. Prices
All prices listed are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Obvious errors or mistakes in prices or descriptions are not binding on us.
6. Deposits
For some services or appointments, a deposit may be required. Whether a deposit is required will be stated during the booking process or communicated in advance.
Where a deposit applies:
- it serves as a booking guarantee
- it may be deducted from the final treatment price
- it may be forfeited in the event of late cancellation or a no-show
As deposit amounts may vary per service, the relevant amount will always be stated with the booking or communicated in advance.
7. Cancellation and rescheduling
Appointments that require a deposit may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance, unless stated otherwise.
If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, if the customer does not show up, or if the appointment is not rescheduled in time, we reserve the right to retain all or part of the deposit.
Different cancellation terms may apply to workshops or special bookings. If so, this will be stated in advance.
8. Late arrival
If you arrive late for your appointment, this may mean that the treatment has to be shortened, adjusted, or in some cases cannot go ahead at all. In such cases, charges or loss of deposit may apply.
9. Walk-ins and availability
Walk-ins are welcome, but treatments and services are subject to availability. For salon appointments, we recommend booking in advance.
10. Medical information, treatment history, and customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing relevant and accurate information in time if it may affect a treatment, including but not limited to:
- previous colouring or bleaching treatments
- damage to hair or nails
- allergies or sensitivities
- medical or skin-related conditions relevant to the treatment
If relevant information is not provided or is provided incorrectly, we cannot be held liable for any consequences resulting from this.
11. Treatment results
The result of a treatment may vary from person to person and depends on factors such as:
- starting colour
- condition of the hair or skin
- previous treatments
- aftercare
- personal wishes and expectations
We always aim to achieve the best possible result, but we cannot guarantee an exact outcome.
12. Refusal or termination of a treatment
We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or stop a treatment, appointment, or workshop where there is a reasonable basis for doing so, including for example:
- unsafe situations
- insufficient or incorrect information
- inappropriate behaviour
- doubt as to whether a treatment can be carried out safely and responsibly
13. Liability
Our liability is limited to direct damage resulting from intentional misconduct or deliberate recklessness on our part, to the extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss, disappointed expectations, or damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
14. Complaints
If you have a complaint about a treatment or booking, please contact us as soon as possible via hello@attitudeholland.nl.
We will do our best to handle your complaint carefully and as quickly as possible.
15. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions and all agreements with Attitude Holland v.o.f. are governed by Dutch law.
